What services will be available at the consulting rooms?
We will make every effort to provide you with an excellent environment for practice. All your patients will be met at the door, welcomed into the clinic and offered refreshments. There are tea stations on each floor where you can prepare yourself a cuppa.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, we accept all kinds of card. Please ring The Oaktree Clinic to make payments by card.
Do I need to pay a deposit when renting?
We do charge a 50% deposit one week in advance of the booking and the rest will be due 24 hours in advance.
Do I need to present any documents before booking a room?
We do need to have a proof of your ID, GMC/ professional membership certificates, DBS certificate and a copy of your indemnity insurance certificate. ID could be a passport or photo driving license.
Do you have clinical equipment available for regular physical examination?
Yes, we have all the usual clinical equipment available. However you will have to let us know in advance regarding your requirements so that these can be placed in the consulting room prior to your arrival.
We could offer you a discounted rate if you wish to rent the rooms for regular clinical sessions. This may give you peace of mind that the room will always be kept reserved for you as we do tend to get booked up in advance.
